1. What courses do you offer in health and safety?

2. Are your courses accredited and recognized by relevant authorities?

Our courses are accredited and recognized by SAIOSH, QCTO and CISCO. 

3. What are the entry requirements for your health and safety courses?

The minimum requirement differ per courses. They are always specified when a course opens for applications. The minimum requirements for most of our courses is Grade 10 results. 

4. Can I study online or part-time, or are your courses only full-time?

You can study online via our e-Learning platform. We also offer distance and physical learning modes. Some courses are available both on physical and distance learning.

5. Do you provide certification upon completion of the course?

Yes we do offer certifications for all the programs we offer. 

6. How do I apply?

Visit our website homepage, click on promotions tab or the Apply button at the top menu or footer, choose which mode of learning you wish to use to study (Distance or Physical), Choose a course of your choice from the list of available courses (every course that appears will be currently open for applications). After choosing the course fill in all the details on the enrollment form that appears, upload the necessary documents and click submit.

7. What is the difference between OHS and SHEMTRAC?

OHS focuses specifically on workplace health and safety basics, suited for safety reps, or those new to the field. SHEMTRAC is a comprehensive course covering safety, health, and environmental management, ideal for those in supervisory or coordination roles.

8.  I applied and didn't receive any response from the institute, what must I do?

As an institute we take 3-5 working days to respond to applications. If you have not received a response from us after 5 working days you can contact us on the details here

9. What level and credits does this course have?

The NQF levels, Credits and CPD points are specified for every course on course details from our courses page/section

10. When is the closing date for the course and payment?

The closing dates for each course are specified whenever the courses are open for applications. The closing date for payments is the 5th of every month.

11. I'm struggling to upload my documents.

To make sure your documents are correctly uploaded please verify by waiting forthe document to finish uploading. You will see a delete icon appear on the far right hand side of the upload button. Also make sure that you are uploading a pdf/Jpg/png (document or image) format because we will not be able to process other forms of formats.
