Course Overview:

This comprehensive Working at Heights / Fall Arrest course is designed to equip learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills to safely work at elevated positions. It meets occupational health and safety standards and is ideal for those working in construction, maintenance, or any field that involves fall risk.

Course Outcomes:

Participants will learn to:

• Understand legal and workplace requirements for working at heights

• Identify and assess fall hazards

• Properly inspect and use fall protection equipment

• Apply fall prevention and arrest procedures

• Perform safe rescue procedures in case of a fall incident
