MISOTRAC 2: Mining Safety Officer Training Course

MISOTRAC 2 is the intermediate level of Funda Institute’s flagship Mining Safety programme. It builds on foundational knowledge from MISOTRAC 1 and equips learners with practical, supervisory-level safety competencies required in real mining environments. The program is designed to develop learners’ ability to apply safety systems, conduct detailed risk assessments, ensure legal compliance, and actively manage safety practices within mining operations. By the end of this course, learners will be able to conduct structured hazard identification, participate in incident investigations, and implement safety management systems.
